How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturers defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
- If your artwork item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
At this time we are not able to ship to other countries however UPS can do that for you just send us a email or just call for more information.
In short the answer is yes, I have been shown at local galleries and some cafe’s and craft fairs over the years. My work has been seen most recently at Albany Center Galleries in the Albany NY area.
We have a outside framing service we can send you to and we can also handle this process for you for an additional charges. Rates depend on size and structure.
Standard paintings 16 x 20 , 18 x 24, 24 x 36 have a turn around time of two business day but remember the shipping is 4 to 5 business days additionally.
While it is true that each project is different I always maintain a standard labor rate of 50 per hr. most average paintings that fall within the standard sizes take around 4 hours. Custom work is different and prices can change and is up to the artist.
I do offer custom consignment work however the turnaround time is a bit longer on average 2 weeks or more depending on the subject and size. A customer approval is required before delivery however it may also be necessary to have an in person meeting.
Will I receive a certificate for the artwork or print to guarantee it’s original source and quality?
I believe it is my responsibility to provide as much proof and validity to my works as humanly possible. A certificate of authenticity will be delivered with your purchase of any original artwork.
Most orders take between 4 to 7 business days depending on the size and weight of the project. However we do offer over night shipping.
