If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on my site, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – Albany Fine Arts does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

It’s an unfortunate and unavoidable side of shipping in this business. A package will get damaged from time to time and when it does, our customers find a positive and very helpful attitude. We guarantee every package for it’s full value and so does the shipping company. No matter what it takes or costs, you will have satisfaction.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturers defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
- If your artwork item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
